Orders received after 2:00pm (Eastern Standard Time) will be processed the following business day. 

To ensure that our ultimatebrownies are not stored in a FedEx warehouse over the weekend, we ship:
Monday - Wednesday (with 2-day shipping)
Monday - Thursday (with Standard overnight)

To expedite the processing, please make sure you 

1. Indicate whether or not you authorize FedEx to release the package if there is no one there to sign for it and

2. Exact message you want included with your order.

Weekend Orders: If you are placing an order on Saturday or Sunday, the shopping cart will quote a shipping charge much higher than actual shipping charge. You may place your order and choose Customer Pick-up for the shipping option and you will not be charged a shipping charge at that time. We will calculate the shipping charge on Monday and manually charge your credit card for the shipping at that time. Shipping charges can be anywhere from $16.00 and up. Please indicate in the special requests section your shipping choice (2-day or next-day).

GIFT MESSAGE
If your purchase is a gift, you can enclose a personalized message. Just let us know what your message is by filling in the information during the ordering process.

SHIPPING
You can order TODAY and have it shipped at a later date. Just let us know when you would like it to arrive by filling in the date during the ordering process. We'll ship accordingly (1-2 days around the date requested). Orders received after 12:00pm on Thursday will not be shipped until Monday, unless next-day shipping is requested. Orders received on Friday will not be shipped until Monday.  Orders requested for Saturday delivery must be called in at (440) 333-2010. Additional charges apply.

Otherwise, orders are shipped within 2 business days of your order date. We ship with FedEx, Next-Day or Second-Day service.

Currently, we only ship orders in the United States.

Please note: If you enter an incorrect or incomplete address, you will be charged $10 in a separate transaction, in addition to your order total. Please check the accuracy of your shipping address.
